Established in 2021 and located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, the facility spans 100 mu and serves as Jiyu Pharmaceutical’s smart manufacturing base for innovative small-molecule drugs. The company integrates world-class pharmaceutical technologies and equipment, possessing comprehensive capabilities ranging from early-stage clinical trials and critical clinical sample production to commercial manufacturing and sales, and offers CDMO/CMO services for innovative drug formulations. The facility is expected to be completed and commence operations in 2025. It complies with China GMP, U.S. cGMP, and EU GMP construction standards and has an annual production capacity of 200 million tablets or capsules.
Established in 2020 and located in Wuxi, Jiangsu, the facility spans 65.4 mu and serves as Jiyu Pharmaceutical’s smart manufacturing base for innovative macromolecular drugs. It is dedicated to building an international biopharmaceutical production line that complies with GMP, EMA, and FDA quality standards, aiming to become an integrated biopharmaceutical industrial base encompassing R&D, pilot-scale testing, commercial production, and sales. The facility is expected to be completed and commence operations in 2026. Currently, the facility has a total installed production capacity of 12,000 liters. A sterile filling line for pre-filled syringes is under construction, and plans are underway to build a pilot-scale platform to accelerate product commercialization.
Jeyou Pharmaceuticals has established a Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) that complies with international pharmaceutical standards such as those of the FDA, EU, and ICH. This system effectively ensures the consistent supply of products that meet quality requirements and supports continuous improvement. Driven by knowledge management and quality risk management, and incorporating concepts such as QbD (Quality by Design) and PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), Jeyou Pharma has established a full-lifecycle pharmaceutical quality system based on ICH Q10. The system has been certified by the FDA, the EU, and the PMDA, ensuring the market supply of high-quality innovative drugs.
